Policies
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the add-in. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it is not renewed and you are not charged again. On cancellation your account reverts automatically to the Free plan.
Refunds & disputes
Within 7 days of your first purchase of a given plan (renewals and add-on packs do not qualify) we offer a refund of the full amount paid, net of non-refundable payment-processing fees — just email support [at] innoveel.com. After that window, subscription fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer — we will resolve eligible cases promptly.

Use of EiS is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We process the data you submit only to provide the analysis you request.
