Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Customers outside Brazil are billed in US dollars; customers in Brazil are billed in Brazilian reais (BRL).

Policies
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the add-in or by emailing support@innoveel.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it is not renewed and you are not charged again. On cancellation your account reverts to the Free plan.
Refunds & disputes
If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may cancel a first-time purchase within 7 days and receive a full refund, in accordance with art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code (CDC). Outside of that right of withdrawal, subscription fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@innoveel.com before opening a dispute with your card issuer — we will resolve eligible cases promptly.

Use of EiS is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We process the data you submit only to provide the analysis you request.
